TV & Stills Campaign

This recent project for NHC gave me the opportunity to direct both the stills campaign and the accompanying television commercial – a rewarding chance to shape a consistent visual identity across both mediums. Being able to oversee the creative across stills and motion meant that everything – from lighting style and colour palette to tone of voice and composition – could align with a single vision.

Yasir Alsaggaf & Lama Alakeel

We were working with two of Saudi Arabia’s biggest names: actor Yasir Alsaggaf and influencer Lama Alakeel. The campaign was designed to promote a major new development – the only catch being that the site itself doesn’t exist yet. The challenge, then, was to create something that felt tangible, aspirational and rooted in place, without the place actually being there.

CGI, AI, Stills & Motion

The stills were shot in a studio in Jeddah, with months of CGI work in post-production to bring the architectural vision to life. Every detail, from the light direction to the styling, had to anticipate how the CGI environments would be built in later. Meanwhile, the accompanying TV commercials were filmed on location in King Abdullah Economic City – giving us real textures, scale and atmosphere to work with on screen.

It was a production that required precision, planning and a lot of trust in the process – but the end result speaks for itself. You can see the final campaign here: www.jonenoch.com/nhc

Too Good To Go

I love working for purpose driven brands and none come with greater ambition than Too Good To Go. The company matches consumers with restaurants and grocery stores to sell unsold food.

A technology company at heart, it operates across Europe and North America to tackle the enormous issue of food waste. Up until this point a lot of stock imagery had been used, leading to a fragmented style. We shot a bespoke collection of images and video to place the consumer at the heart.

Working with their wonderful in-house team, we shot in London. Creating lifestyle photography assets with a fresh spring feel (despite shooting in London in March) to serve their consumers in a wide range of territories.

Lingard for APG

Recent shoot with Jesse Lingard shot up in Manchester. Jesse is a brand ambassador for APG and they were keen to use the time available with him to capture some key visuals and a short video piece. After he had finished training at Manchester United I shot the stills and directed the moving image piece. We looked after all aspects of the shoot production. As a sports portrait photographer it's always great to work with talent like Jesse. A few of the stills below as well as one cut of the moving aspect.

Kevin Moyo

A little motion profile piece of basket ball player Kevin Moyo. Shot in Peckham, South London. We loved Kevin's story - he's not the tallest but boy is he fast. Alongside the motion piece we also produced a set of stills. I’m shooting a lot more motion along side my stills work as a sports portrait photographer.

Parallax

Here is some recent moving image Parallax work. High quality, polished and engaging motion results at a fraction of the cost of video.

A new medium which can provide a cohesive, consistent look and feel across your print and digital output. Provides a piece of content which is ideal for short, sharp messaging such as OOH or social.

One shoot to cover all - no video shoot required. Motion can be created from the very best still shots. Ideal for when time is limited, maximising the budget and scope of content created.
