I chose a Cape Town rooftop for its sweeping views and the chance to catch the very last sunlight. It gives the pictures an urban feel alongside the holiday mood. As a lifestyle photographer based in London, I wanted the place, people and drinks to feel connected.

Shot in sun-drenched Cape Town, I worked as a lifestyle and advertising photographer to capture real moments of connection. As the sun dipped, warm tones and crisp shadows shaped the scene. It’s all about timing and atmosphere and of course the drinks. I picked a rooftop location for this shoot for its sweeping vistas and the ability to capture the very last drop of sun.
